Silkscreen Print

We introduced 8 HANKY™ automatic Screen Printing systems from Taiwan, and all in dust-free workshop to meet the massive demand for CD DVD disk printing. Use silkscreening to print image to the disc surface, it's stable enough to stand scrath, and good water-proof feature. Silk-screen printing is suitable for some simple image and the image quality is much better than homochromy printing or hand prining. CD DVD disks with silkscreen printing is smooth and fresh in color!

(Preferable formats of the artwork: CorelDraw, Illustrator, etc. Printing dimenstions: ID - 20MM & OD - 118MM)

Offset Printing

We install 3 GUANN WAY™ and 11 HANKY™ digital offset printing systems to meet the high demand for large-scale and sophisticated image printing on CD DVD disks. Offset prining applies 4 colors (C-Cyan, M-Magenta, Y-Yellow, B-blacK) to simulate all colors (for full color image).

Offset Printing features High Efficiency, High Quality, and Low Cost. Printing Area (Printable Area) is: OD =118mm (for regular 120mm CD DVD disks); Cetral non-printing Area is : OD = 20mm
1. Provide full-set film - Make sure no damage nor stain.
2. Color specification: CMYK
3. Resolution: No less than 300dpi
4. If the client provides film, please note the film requirements: Positive diagram; No scratch, no folding, no punch, no water stain with the film.
